Season of Giving - 12/6/22

October 15th through December 15th is George Mason University’s ‘Season of Giving’! Green Machine Ensembles will be featured by the university on Tuesday, December 6th, and if you give $25 or more you will receive an exclusive George Mason University Season of Giving ornament. And remember, if you donate $1,000 or more at any point to the Green Machine Ensembles, you become a member of the Green Machine Giving Society!

We have donation goals across all of the ensembles and we need your help. By clicking on the Green Machine through the Season of Giving page, you can choose where to direct your support!

• The Green Machine Pep Band is raising funds to get a new sound system so that they can keep rocking the house at basketball games, admission events, DC Sports and more!

• This April, the George Mason University Indoor Drumline will be competing in their 9th WGI World Class Championship in Dayton, OH! Be a part of our success and help us raise money to cover travel costs. As an added bonus, if you donate $75 or more, your name will be added to the back of the 2023 show floor tarp!

• This April the Mason World Winterguard will be competing in their 2nd WGI World Class Championship in Dayton, OH! Be a part of our success and help us reach our goal of raising money to cover travel costs.

• The 8th Green Machine Regiment Band is raising funds to purchase their own custom set of rope drums, as well as adding some flair to their uniforms with NCO Eagle Belts!

• The Patriots Fife and Drum Corps is raising funds to purchase new rope bass drums. The drums they want will be bigger and put out a lot more sound! Also known as more bang for the buck…

• Emerald Desire is raising funds to get dance mirrors, barres, uniforms and warm-ups!

• Green Machine Media produces all of the original content you see on social media and YouTube. Without Josh Cruse and his team, we wouldn’t have the great videos of the Green Machine Ensembles that we do! Help support their efforts by contributing to ‘Green Machine Media.’

• The Green Machine Director's Initiative and Research Fund enables Doc to launch creative projects and support initiatives throughout the university. Help Doc support others by contributing to this fund!

• If your favorite Green Machine ensemble is not listed here, please consider making a donation to the ‘Green Machine Pep Band’ fund and include the ensemble you wish to support in the comment field.

You can see the Green Machine Pep Band perform live on our Season of Giving day on December 6th in EagleBank Arena for the Men’s Basketball game against University of Maryland Eastern Shore at 7:00pm. We hope to see you there!
