Who: All local high school band and orchestra students.
What: A rehearsal, in-game performance, and optional campus tour.
When: Saturday in early/mid December
2:30 p.m. - Registration
3:30 p.m. - 5:15 p.m. - Rehearsal
5:15 p.m.- 5:45 p.m. - Dinner in the arena
5:45 p.m. - Full Game Performance (Men’s Basketball)
Performance begins at 6 p.m, the game tips at 7 p.m. and ends at approximately 9:30 p.m.
Optional Campus Tour - In addition, Mason offers tours of campus twice every day, Monday-Saturday. Reservations are accepted through our website here - simply choose a day and time that works for you.
Where: All events will take place in EagleBank Arena. Specific instructions for day-of logistics will be emailed out a few days prior to the events.
Cost: $35 registration fee for high school students. This includes both components of the experience (rehearsal and game performance), as well as a $10 food voucher to be used in the arena on game day, and a commemorative t-shirt.
Additional tickets (for parents, family, friends, etc.) are $18 each if purchased before game day. Ticket price will be $25 at the door. These do not include a food voucher or t-shirt, only access to the events to observe.
The deadline to register is typically 2-3 weeks before the event date.
